I've been pretty quiet on here the past few months and I did that by choice. As most of you know, my 2010 had some serious issues right from the start. By Sept 1, 2010 I had owned the car a year and driven it roughly 23,000 miles. The car had been in the shop for multiple problems totalling almost 9 weeks. It was at that time that the folks at Ford decided it was best to get me out of that car and into a new one. Although the decision was a quick one, the whole process took a few months. In that few months, I continued to have problems (some very serious) with the 2010. I will not go into the problems publicly on a forum, but I will chime in from time to time if I see someone is have something similar happening. As far as I am concerned, those problems are behind me, Ford Motor Company stepped up, in a way I never would have imagined and now I am in a brand new 2011 SHO.

The 2011 I ordered to replace the 2010 has all the exact same options, basically everything you can get minus the sport package. I have no use for Summer tires and lower gearing. I did add the factory remote start this time around.
I am starting to notice some very minor differences between the two model years. The 11 only has 120 miles on it as of today, so I haven't been in it much yet. First thing different I did notice was the small panel to the left of the shifter that has the P N D M letters in it. The 2010 had a clear acrylic type plastic that scratched VERY easily. The '11 has it done in flat black. Also they changed the way the floor mats secure on the drivers side. Now using a type of circular snap instead of the hooks.
Let me know if you have any questions. So far this car drives 100 times better than the last one, but I also got out of the last when with it still having problems. I can say with absolute certainty that I am very pleased with the customer service I have recieved during this car whole change out. Like I said, Ford stepped up, and I am once again a very happy customer.
