Clutch Install In NY Area

I have the parts of a clutch change, including re-surfaced flywheel, but lost my garage and now don't have the time. Anybody willing to do it (obvously I'd pay) or know somwhere I can take it to get installed? I don't use the car for work and can leave it for a few days.

I had MIne done at 4 way garage in Port Chester,NY and they charged me $550.

Yes, they are fine, absolutely.I called them up from a reference and they they told me the price(lowest around). I brought them my car and they did the work and followed up every question I had after work was done. Oil started leaking from speed sensor a month later and now they going to take care of that as a part of a clutch job. They are very nice people there and they don't mind if you bring your own parts, since they work on a lot of different race cars and tuner cars, and they understand that you cant just buy performance parts at local auto part store. I brought them my car kinda afraid, because I never had any normal mechanic who could do work good on any of my SHO.

It is. Does it look like they're working on it? I brought it in Tuesday night and told them to take their time since I don't use the car from work. I'll call them later today to see what they've done.

I have the same seats as in your car, but very good condition and I just finished putting passenger seat together. I took it appart and kinda made bottom part harder and sportier; about to do the same with driver's seat too. I also have acura TSX front seat and can get rear too and Seats from 2003 toyota celica, but they more like racing seats, that I'm going to make ready for taurus swap.

Thanks again for the reference. Picked up my car today and it's real nice having a clutch that doesn't slip under engine load. Would recommend these guys for similar work in the Lower New York/Connecticut area. They're not SHO experts but seem to be very competent. Real busy too and probably deservedly so.

As for seats the front seats in my car are in real good shape. The rear seat lower cushion is worn and would consider a replacement in good shape.

I didn't work on my rear seat yet, but maybe will soon. I'm thinking about putting bucket seats in the back too. Today trying to finish installing my 'new' center consel and passenger seat.

By the way, it is all good to do a clutch job in a driveway, but when you have a good driveway or another car to drive.

I'm like 5 minute walk from Oakland Beach. I broke my key , so have to see if locksmith made me another one. In a meantime I drive Hyundai.
