What will the hours be on Wednesday for the Waterford Hills Track day?

Wednesday is also "test and tune" at Milan Dradway from 5:00PM to 10PM if anyone is interested.

And If tracking car, usually need to be at track around 7am or so for tech, drivers meeting etc. Can leave anytime you want.

Dearborn is right between Waterford Hills and Milan Dragway. It's at least an hour between the two. Unless, of course, we do speeds like we did leaving Milan in '95...

Eventhough google says it's an hour and twelve minutes, I would not want less than 2 hours to get from Waterford to Milan...in the afternoon...on a weekday.

Milan test and tune gates open at 4:00PM, so if you want to do both tracks, you'll probably want to leave Waterford by 1:00 or so to have plenty of time to get some lunch and make it to Milan.

There are other tracks in the area but I don't know their schedules.

For anyone doing Waterford, Milan is not doable.

It's one of those "you can't get there from here". I "might" be able to do Waterford to Milan in 1 hour 12 minutes at 4:00 AM on a Sunday morning (running F&R radar detectors), but no way will it happen on a weekday....around rush hour.

I stopped doing Milan 10 years ago. Way too crowded, plus other logistical issues that make it less desirable if you are running your car. We even tried the Wednesday T&T, but back then, you might get a a few runs between 4-5 PM, but after that, if you get another 3 runs for the rest of the night you were doing REALLY well. Plus, you have to stay with your car in the staging lanes, which I hated. Other than that, Milan is a nice facility.

Ron, we need drags at this convention! The new car is finally fast at the drags..is there another track that we can go to? How about any in Ohio on the MI border or the Toledo area?
