Yes, it does. You can also just swap the motor over, if that's what died. I did that with the motor from a 3.0 Vulcan.

EDIT - Oh, if you meant an ATX SHO, then I'm not sure. Like I said, I got mine from an ATX Vulcan.

You can only use a CCRM with the letter D on it and the MTXs have one fan and the ATXs have two fans so I am not sure if you can swao them.

You're going to have to modify the ATX shroud to fit. The ATX radiator is a little different than the MTX radiator. I don't know if the connector is the same between an ATX and MTX, but I believe there are only 2 wires that go to the radiator fan(s), so it should be pretty easy to wire it up. Even if they are different.

The picture is of an ATX with a dual core radiator meant for an MTX. The driver side of the ATX shroud mounts to the radiator just fine. The passenger side needed a simple bracket on the bottom to hold it up. The top side I took out 2 rubber spacers from the shroud and ran a sheet metal screws into the sheet metal lip of the radiator. I later drilled them out and used a bolt instead (not pictured).

The ATX fan shroud is wider and you will need to re-locate the MTX coolant reservoir. The ATX fan motors are wired in parallel, both operate whenever EEC sees a need to run the fans, but there is a 2-speed dropping resistor and two relays in the ATX CCRM that allows EEC to select high or low speed by either supplying power through the resistor, or bypassing it.

If you decide not to use the 2-speed dropping resistor from the ATX fan shroud, I'll take the resistor off your hands - need it for a project to 2-speed a big Spal fan in my Mustang. ;)
