Another SHO in the 12's

A little birdy told me that there is another SHO in the 12's. In fact, looks like the title may be changing hands. Not a 2010, and not me. Not even turbocharged Should have some slips up before too long.

The new time is 12.547 I'll post up the time slip this weekend. I don't really have time during the week. Slo Sho is boosted with a vortech T-trim and lives in Texas. I'm sure someone is going to talk about sea level but I don't care... I have reached my goals of 500hp and the fastest 1/4 mile time and am now tearing her apart and making a track only car out of it. Slo Sho will now go for the record of fastest n/a sho and fastest nitrous sho records. All boosted parts will be for sale!!! yo! Good luck to all and I hope some one beats my time cause I want to see a sho in the 11's (paging tim paging tim oh and tony lol)

Most member's have no idea how hard it is to get a sho in the 12's if you have a 5sp.

fixed that for you.

If I suck it up and get a decent trans in my car I honestly believe it could do a mid to low 12 stock engine full weight. Once the camaro is running I don't see myself having that interest though.

huge congrats to everyone else in the 12sec club though. You guys actually have nice cars!

I am going through the divorce thing right now and not really sure what pile, box, or trash bag its in. Once everthing settles down I'll post it up. I wouldn't start holding your breath or anything. These bumps in the road take time to level out.

will do. i dont expect any outstang numbers but what the hay, ill give it a try. the only advice iv really gotten to keep wheel spin down is to air down to 20 pounds on the frount. launch from 3k. any other tips?

So when beefcake posted saying he got 12.75 in his SHO everybody, literally, threw a b****-fit and FREAKING DEMANDED slips or there will be **** TO PAY... people were picking up pitchforks and chanting slogans, etc... and this guy says he got 12.5 and everybody's all "hey, congratulations!"?



Not that I don't share the congratulations, but I for one would also like to see proof.

i think its mostly because we all know the car was capable of it. I just dont see how you get the fastest 1/4 time and just lose the slip/dont post it up
