Hey guys I'm new to SHO's but really think they could be a sick sleeper to **** Hondas with. My current ride (F150) isn't to "fun" so i thought i would check out SHO's and i love them. My brother had 2 and swears by them. So im just saying hey and if you could help me out with my question about the Best Exhaust for a SHO? It's in help and matience which i thought was the right place to put it since i need help. O and might i add i haven't gotten a SHO yet but hopefully will pick one up soon. :thankyou:

Welcome. good luck in your search.
With regards to best exhaust, it depends on which years (89-95 or 96-99), and whether you want the best sound or best performance.
If its a fun car you are looking for, I would probably hunt down a Gen I (89-91) or Gen II (92-95) with an MTX (manual). Although they are all fun. :thumb:

Welcome. I love my new exhaust. Its stock with some magnaflow resinators where the stock mufflers were. Has a nice sound and isn't too loud. As for not having a SHO theres a few nice ones in RI. Let me know if you want more info on them.

Gen 2 Exhaust: Catback system from SHOSource.com with Magnaflow highflow y-pipe. There's an option to choose mufflers too with the catback

When you get your sho the best and first mod you should do is maintenance. A well maintained sho is a happy sho. Once you get the maintenance out of the way a y pipe would be the best bang for the buck on an mtx car.

When i got into SHOs i wouldnt even look at the gen 1s. Now they are my favorites. When i get another gen 2 it will be a 92 without all of the options.
