Thread Size & Pitch of Low Oil Level Switch

Does anyone know the thread size and pitch (M ? x ?) of the low oil level switch located on the oil pan?

It may be an NPT thread, not metric.

I kinda want to find this too. Plug the damn thing and get rid of the leak. Or, order a sensor I guess....

Yes, l was thinking of ordering a sensor or wait until the next oil change and measure the threads.

I an installing a 1 micron bypass oil filter which takes the outlet from the pressure switch port, runs it through a 1 micron filter and then I have to find a place to return the oil. It's at low pressure so I can return it through the oil level dipstick, to the valve cover with a fitting I would have to tap on the valve cover, or back to the oil pan through a newly installed fitting or the level switch. I don't want to drill and tap the oil pan. I could get one of those Fram oil drains that has a valve on it and see if I can return the filtered oil there depending on if I can make the connection.

a really good hardware store with lots of bolts(not home depot) or online is actually your best bet, you can probably find what you need in under 2 minutes online without going anywhere.....
