Not too many changes. I think front brakes are bigger, chomr window trim is black, and exhaust tips look a little different. Same auto tranny.

The differences from the 93-94ATX are EECs H3ZU (IIRC) to D4U1 which has a bit better programming. Internally the 94 is a 'bit'stronger, I believe it went from a 23 spline output shaft to 24 or 25 ( I don't remember which I had this conversation with Doug Lewis about 3years ago now)

As for outside, as Greg said, 94s don't have chrome trim around the windows, black wasn't offered anymore, body color door handles, R-134A A/C Freon, etc etc.

Over at SHOtimes.com they have this in there somewhere3.
