When you gently do circle strokes on the leather with the tooth brush, it pulls the grime from out of the creases in teh leather. When this happens, the creases become smaller and some disappear. I then soak the leather in a Maguire's leather conditioner for a good 15 minutes and massage it in with my hands. Wipe the rest off and enjoy clean leather!
leather conditioner, Its brand new and I've never used it. Ill give it a shot next week maybe.LeddZepp8687 said:Simple green and mocha leather=BAD.
I used a concotion of 40% SG and 60% water and a gentle toothbrush, and I noticed almost instantly that it was taking alot of color out of the leather.
Cliff notes: Simple green and leather is bad, Lexol and leather is GOOD.
automotive use: 1oz. to 1cup of water

there are 8 oz in 1 cup. that means that you should have a 12.5% dillution ratio of SG to H2O. You had a 40% dillution ratio. That would explain why it killed your leather![]()
