This may seem like a dumb question but unless you are boosting through the MAF why are you not plumming the PCV into the intake pre-blower? I have mine piped back in just after the MAF. I realize if you have the MAF downstream of the blower that the line would be feeding it in this arrangement not to mention the possibility of the pressurization of the crankase. I like the idea of not having the crankcase nasty's running through the intake since on a GEN 3 there is a low spot that the oil/sludge vapors condense and then require routine cleaning but for the earlier gen motors I really don't see the advantage excluding the fact that post blower MAFs do not like the oil vapors which is one of the other main reasons I neglected to mention I moved mine upstream of the blower. My Vortech is oil-lubricrated and at low RPM aperently there is some blowby through the gearcase seal that was leaving an oily residue on my intake tubing and MAF. This was before I plummed the PCV back into the intake so the Vortech could have been the oil source upstream of the MAF inducing the oil. I replaced the seals but felt better about relocating it to prevent a problem sneaking up on me later.

Running the PCV through the exhaust produces all the vacuum you need (and then some), and it will burn up the vapors you suck out of the block. No need for a catch can and no mess (although Terry has one). There is no need to run oil vapors through the blower this way.

I orginally put mine in when I was NA so it could produce vacuum at WOT where the stock setup would not.

Both Terry and I have our MAF's pre-blower. The only thing we are venting back into the intake (after the MAF/Before the blower) is the air from the BOV. The only oiling residue we have to worry about is from our K&N filters..

Oh yes, it is...

Here are some videos too :)

0 - 105mph With NO traction in first... I revved up to 7,600 RPM on this run in first gear just spinning the front tires.

3rd Gear Comparison

On this T-trim, my 9psi pulley is netting me 11psi... I've still got a "12psi" pulley ready to go which will be more like 14psi.

I thought you were blown all along yamahaSHO? Is this a new car or something?

If you had completely read the first post, you would not have this question.
