Yeah there is a GB, this is straight from Mr. Lewis himself.

I don't see why not.

The price on the tuners is $470. This comes with 3 basic tunes set for 87octane, 89octane and 93octane fuels.

For a group of 4, I'd drop the price to $425. two more to make 6, the price will drop to $400. 8 and I'll do it for $370.

Some customization of the tunes will be acceptable, but these are basic tunes for near stock cars.

For those that have purchased the 6600 Green Chips from us and want a tuner instead, we've decided to drop the upgrade price to $150.

All these prices are Plus Shipping.

I'm not on the boards everyday, so the best way to get us is by calling or by e-mail.

:type: So basically this is a memory device that stores up to 4 programs and allows you to choose the program you want?

What about the actual programmer software?

ooops, I scrolled through the thread so fast I missed Doug's post
So back to Paul's thought... and Roman's reply... you are referring to what Doug DID, right? Buying Doug's tuner is ALL that is required, to get Doug's SCT programming in your car, correct?

A little more info from Doug:

Typically, if you buy the tuner from us, we'll upgrade it at little or no charge. If you buy an upgrade from us, we'll upgrade the tuner to match free of charge. The bottom line is that you've bought the hardware and it's yours. Reprogramming is very inexpensive.

For example. If you buy a tuner, then later on down the road, the tranny pops and you buy a new unit from us with a 3.99 final drive upgrade, we'll reflash your tuner and make the changes in the programming at no charge. I do this for mu Mustang customers as well. If someone buys a tuner from us, then jams a gear in it at some other shop, I'm gonna stick-em for the reflash on the tuner. But if they get the gear in our place, I'll reflash the tuner at no charge.

If you get a tuner form us, then later down the road, you get a killer deal on a nitrous kit or a blower, then have it installed locally, I'll reflash the tuner to meet the needs of the new hardware. I only charge for the programming time that it takes me. In most cases, it's $100 or less.

I'll go a step further. If you get a tuner from us and later on, the cats fail from putting leaded fuel in the car, I'll reflash the tuner and turn the light off for a very minimal fee.

If you decide to get rid of your SHO and get another Ford vehicle, I can reflash the tuner to accommodate the newer vehicle. In this case, the $100 reprogramming fee would apply.

     I'm easy, but I'm not cheap....OK, I'm cheap too.

When you're ready to go on the tuner, hit me with your CC info and shipping information. I'll hit you back with confirmation and your number in line, but I won't bill the card until the close of the Group Buy. Be sure and give me a list of mods done to the car or any specific requests in the tuning.

Well Crap!

NOW! You decide to do a group buy.
I just got mine last week!
Of all the bad timing, dog gone, confustigated, no discount gettin.
.............Oh well, I have yet to reprogram my SHO at this point. I am waiting to get a laptop so I can hook up my, brand new (just bought it last week too!), Auto Tap. I want to run a scan on the car as it is now, and then after I reprogram using Doug's mapping. I can't wait to see what it does.
Good luck on your group buy.
And Doug. ...If you wanted to, I would be willing to accept a refund of the difference between what I paid, and what the group buy price is.
