some time ago I lost my sho engine. lost power, pops through the intake and lost half its power.
I checked all the cam lobes and did a compression check all show 130 psi. pulled codes and it threw a mass air signal was low and a lean bank. so seems like I'm at a loss now. a sensor will make it run that bad?

A bad one will. Try cleaning the sensor with some electronics cleaner spray from the local part store. Clean the small wire filament inside the middle of the MAF. You are using oem MAF? The pops may indicate vacuum leak. Have you touched anything in the engine bay recently?

found the lean code fixed it and code check pulls 111 but still runs like crap.
misses at idle to 7000 rpm pops through intake at light throttle acceleration not at half or wot. changed cam pos sensor 2x, 3 dis module 2 mass air, cold compression check, 130lbs consitent all the way around, changed computer 2x only thing I havn't changed is the crank sensor, will that sensor make it run that bad? sure makes you work to get to it...

Popping through the intake is almost always a timing problem. Check to see if your timing belt has skipped a tooth on one of the sprockets.

Yeah, you are looking at a timing issue. Check for crank cancer(crank pulley sprocket key-ways) , and that the belt is snug and timed correctly. Also double or triple check the wires on the coil pack.

everything except the Crank sensor has been checked/changed multiple times.
timing marks are lined up perfectly and checked 3 times, crank bolt is tight. funny thing is i have been driving this pos for about 1000 miles this way and it still chuggs along, I pulled out all my hair now im just slapping myself and try and **** the car but it chuggs along, funny thing today it runs noticably bettter more power but chuggs still, that is wierd cause no change since it started, till today :nut: only car I have that runs at the moment

Just throwing a guess here, wouldn't a burnt valve do this? Unlikely, but could it be possible?

do you have the correct firing order?

yes I checked multiple times it was correct, initially I remember the day after passing a honda the engine started to run a little rough, i was close to home less than 1000 ft and I just parked it, the next day chugg chugg chugg.
so wires should not have swapped but I checked anyway:oogle:

thats what I thought so off came the intake and valve covers and plugs and to my bewilderment good cam lobes and 130 psi cold cranking compression all the way around, later I did a warm compression check all were 155psi.
maybe I have a busted valve spring? not that easy to check but thats a thought:oogle:

You didn't get it....Oh well

OK so plugs look fine. Are they Bosch Platinum +4s?

Get different ones.
