Would Monroe ceramic brake pads be a good upgrade?

Time to redo the brakes ... has anyone tried the Monroe Ceramics Premium Brake Pads? Here is a link: http://www.monroebrakes.com/products/prod_ceramics.asp . RockAuto has them for $44.89 and there is a manuf. $20 rebate. $24.89 doesn't sound too bad for name brand ceramic pads (of course + S&H).

What pads would you recommend?

sounds like a good deal. I just installed them about a week ago in the front. I paid $65 CDN + tax for them here. (monroe front pads) I bought them at Canadian Tire. I also installed new rotors, the car stops excellent now.. no more pulsation in the pedal either.
