ok.. well it did help out quite a bit... but it kept on coming back up, or clicking what ever.... so could it be a strecthed cable then as well...
i can set it some more, as in farther down, but i dont think that will solve all the problem. a new clutch cable may be in order....

were? how much? how hard to install?
thanks for the help doug... as usual.. :thumb:
also.. another question...
for the last few days, i have been smeeling cooloant, and right now after the run, i found out were its coming from... it looks to be from the top of the water pump...
would that be a gasket starting to fail? or is there a hose under there that might be leaking... the way i saw it, was looking down between the balance tube, and the intake.... i could hear it spewing??? if thats the word you want to use... it wasnt alot of coolant, just a small line, of coolant just sitting there...

Well if the cable adjustment helped, then maybe it is simply a problem with the cable. Hopefully for your sake. The only coolant passages in that area is the water pump. Looks like you will need a new one. What is probably happening is the O-ring from the coolant tube or water pump to block are dried up enough that they are starting to leak.

Well, looks like a reman pump and the felpro gasket set are in order for you.

Have fun.
