Ok so heres what I have so far, I fired the car up and I have a serious idle surge issue goin on, it jumps from a near stall up to about 3000 rpms then drops back to an idle around 1000 rpm and almost like clockwork.

I attempted to remove the IAB sensor, managed to get the top bolt off but I cant seem to get a grip on the lower bolt, I rotated the IAb unit toward teh firewall as far as I could but I still cant get hold of the bolt to break it loose without the allen wrench slipping. any tricks to getting this thing off?

I removed the intake and cleaned the TB as best i could with carb cleaner, reconnected everything and it held about 1000 rpm idle for maybe 5 mins before it started the surge again.

after getting thoroughly PO'd I gave up on the engine for awhile and started messing with the moonroof, when i hit the switch I could hear the relay behind the glove box clicking, I pulled the wires from the relay and tried just reinstalling them but still no go the motor wont kick on. bad relay or bad motor?

good question, I just got the car last night and started working on it today. I need to find the connectors in the harness to clip and check the codes. I dont have a manual on this car and dont know much about em just yet.

forgot to add in order to get it started I need to pump the pedal a few times if that helps

just ran the codes, maybe I didnt read it right though.KOEO... CEL flashed once then paused and ran codes :
15 (O) No Keep Alive Memory power to PCM pin 1 or bad PCM (Memory Test Failure)
19 (O) No Vehicle Power (pins 37 + 57) or bad PCM VPWR Diagnosis
66 Vane Air Flow (VAF) or Mass Air Flow (MAF) signal low
96 (O) Fuel pump monitor circuit shows no power

I think i'll retry it again because it doesnt seem right for some reason
