wipers only come on when blinkers are on

does anyone know what would cause the wipers not to work at all when blinkers arent being used. When u use a blinker the wipers will work but its not always the same blinker. sometimes its the right blinker and sometimes its the left blinker. im guessing it gets grounded out by the blinkers but does someone have any advice about that thanx

It's your MultiFunctionSwitch not functioning properly. Buy a new one, they aren't that expensive.

He's right. Mine does the same thing.

Your switch is dirty. Either clean it or replace it.

Don't be so sure of this, mine did the samething, I bought a brand new malfunction switch and put it in samething happened yet again. If you hear clicking try cleaning out the wiper control stock if yu do a search on the forum something should come up.
