Wipers don't work on delay!!!

Was driving to work this morning in the rain. Went to use the wipers and the delay and washers don't work anymore. By the way the car is a 1995atx. Any ideas?

-there are only three pieces to the wiper system, assuming.......the wiring is ok, youve got the wiper motor, wiper govenor(module) and the wiper(multi-function) switch. again, assuming.....if the delay dont work, module or switch. most times ive seen, its the switch, but thats me.....

Thank you guys. I took it apart and cleaned the contacts. It seems to work. But i think that I installed it wrong. It doesn't have the same feel. Does it just have a spring, screw and plastic peice?

I would assume so. Left over parts usualy arn't a good sign. lol
