wiper stlck cleaning

Alright, so my "fast" seems to think it's slow, so how to do you remove the end of the stalk off a 93 and clean the contact surfaces?

Ahh mine just freaks out on me......Will have it on the low setting, out of no where it gos to high for a few strokes, then back down to low again. Kinda interesting to see
