Okay so today I got in sho to go run some errands, well it was sprinkling so it turned on the wipers and they moved on bit they were hesitating and then they just stopped in the middle of the windshield. So I turned them off and nothing same spot and then I went to turn them on and nothing but a single click from under the dash. Could I of blown a fuse or maybe a bad relay?

Probably a dead motor. Did you cycle through all of the settings? Try the windshield washer functionality to make sure it isn't the multifunction switch. Fuses should be easy enough to check.

I think it is the motor since I pushed them down by hand and they started working again.

the wipers have a circuit breaker, not a fuse, so its possible the motor has a shorted winding and it tripped the breaker, and then after you manually moved them it worked again.

a wiper motor from any Taurus/Sable of the vintage is the same thing, but the connector varied by year so get one for the right year.
