It's strange, I have the slowest speed and fastest of the unlabeled speeds as well as "LO" and "HI" but nothing in between the first two, it just resets into the "ready" position. I just replaced the MFS and that fixed all the other issues I've had around there except for this one. Is there a relay or some other part that'd cause a strange failure like this? :thankyou:

Edit: Altered my search a bit and found it might be a wiper governor issue?

Multi Function Switch, the left stalk on your steering column that controls the wipers, washer, brights and turn signals. The wiper fix can depend on what's wrong, in my case the wipers wouldn't work when the turn signals were on so that problem was my MFS. Now that I've replaced that I'm still plain missing four or five settings while the remaining ones work great. The wiper governor seems to control the speed as well as parking the wipers when you turn them off. I'd imagine lagging wipers or slow wipers could either be caused by a bad governor, bad motor, or maybe if you bought those double wipers it could be too much friction and a bad motor. But I'm only guessing.
