Anyone have issues with the washer pump on their SHO's
Mine is not pumping at all, 2nd time at dealer (Tomorrow Morning).
Last time they disconnected and reconnected harness or whatever and it worked fine for about a month now.
Just asking in case there is something i should mention to them, BTW Fuse is fine. No sound when hitting the button at all. Now to go out and take tune off since going to dealer in the morning .ARGGhh

My 2013 did that - no sound, no nothing. Just failed. Bought a Motorcraft replacement pump but never put it on before returning the car at the end of the lease.

Now, my 2016? It usually pumps. But sometimes, it doesn't - it RUNS but doesn't pump like it's not primed (which is impossible, it's on the bottom of the reservoir).

My '13 pump went out. It's fairly simple to replace. Just pick up a replacement and install it. You gain access to it from behind the front passenger wheel liner toward the front of the car. Turn your wheel all the way to the left and remove a few screws from the line and pull it out of the way. I will tell you it's a PIA to get it out since it's held in place by the molding of the washer tank. You should get a new rubber grommet/seal with the new one (mine came with one). Also be ready to have any washer fluid you have in the tank pour out of it also.

Not going to replace it myself, they are going to do it under warranty. I would myself but let them do it I still got 130k left on it.

Well...I did mine because it was lots less than my warranty deductible and it only took about 30 mins. not a couple days like a dealership.

Hope it gets resolved regardless.

Was fully covered under the 3y36k portion. Only thing I needed was an alignment it was out enough to to justify it. Damn Pennsylvania *** holes

Mine just went out last week. $20 on Amazon for a Motorcraft replacement. The thing with my pump is that it would start spraying the fluid then squeal and no more fluid. Then eventually just squealing and no fluid at all. Already checked that the reservoir is full. From looking it up it seems like it's a common thing on this generation.

Sorry to bump such an old topic. The washer fluid just stopped working on my 2010 SEL. I'm sure it's the motor, but just in case I can save the effort, is there a fuse that might have blown? I can't find any documentation anywhere, so probably not?

The pump is powered by the wiper motor. No separate fuse for the pump. You could disconect it, put in a test light between the two pins to confirm power and ground when the washer button is pressed.
