Took me some patience to complete this , with a dremel and a cheap ass tool kit (for the dremel). The plexiglass I took it from leftovers from a store like home hardware. 99 cents. it's trimmed and glued with silicone. I also replaced the bolts with SS bolts. Let me know what you think.

That's neat and a good idea too. When your engine starts making a crap noise like something is flapping around, you can just look through your timing cover window to see if the belt is flapping around.

I like it. Just make sure it's fastened securely. There is a lot of heat and vibration in the timing cover area.

I do NOT recomend running without the cover's in place. It only takes a tiny pebble to take out your crank sensor and then you're on the side of the road.

I have seen timing belts with holes punched through them from a foreign object. And the covers only had a small hole in them.

That looks sharp on the stand! It'll be interesting to see how long the white sprockets stay white, and how long the window stays clean enough so you can actually see through it....

That's sweet man, how come everything you do always comes out so nice? I have been thinking of doing that for a while, I saw it on a supra one time and then realized it would have a great function if you ever had issues nvm how nice it looks.

Needs more internal LED lighting.

Definately a mod I'd do if I had an extra MTX upper.

Ya know...a heat gun and an un-modified cover and you can form the plexy to the same curve...blend in the edges...could be real nifty.

I'm no super craftsman , but the secret on this was patience , I was really unsure of the outcome of this at first....I mean really unsure....

Thanks guys.
