Window trim?

How do you get it off i know the bottom are held on with like a 7mm bolt but what about the rest of it.. I have a 94 now that needs a tranny and i think im just gonna put new parts into the 92..

So the question is how do you get the Black trim around the windows off?

I think you have to take the whole door apart and maybe the window out. Its bolted on from the inside I think. I bet its going to be a huge PITA.
