I am stripping the rear for weight loss, and I have the door panels and sound insulator off, and now I'm wondering HOW the HECK to get the window motors out, I had one of them replaced not too long ago and it took the guy like 20 minutes, but I can' see how something the big can get out of the door when the only holes are about half the size of the motor.......

If you remove the window motors, what will you use to hold up the windows?? Without those motors in place, the window can and will come crashing down once you hit a bump. Trust me, the 2 lbs max per motor is not going to make any difference in how quick you are.

I remember the window motors being a lot heavier than 2 lbs, but I'm a bad judge of weight. Humor me though, if I had to take them out to put in plexilite windows, what would be the procedure?
