Will a three wire o2 sensors work on an atx?

Ok guys, I have done a search on the forum and didn't get an answer.

I got a good deal on two o2 sensors from a forum member who I trust alot and does alot of work on my car. I just want to make sure the o2 sensors which are three wire will work on my atx, which is three wire. What might come up as problems with using the three wire ones? Would I need to modify anything?

No, it will lack a ground path.

your atx uses 4-wire o2 sensors. the 3-wire ones will not work on the atx.
