Wife just sent this pic? Coolant light?

Says she got to work parked heard a chime but everything seemed fine. She didn’t recall if temp gauge was hi. Car got hot on me 2 weeks ago online for a drive through. Was a little low on coolant so I added. Was probably low from a hose I replaced a few months ago. Going to leave work to take a look where should I start?

If you replaced a hose Chances are you got air trapped in the system. These engines are very finicky purging the air out, there’s a specific procedure needed raising the RPMs turning the car off for a few minutes etc. purging the air through the degas bottle helps if you can get it up in the air on the passenger side
