Why is Bittersweet Sho still not on here?

This guy continues to victimize people, why has he been taken off the hall of shame? I am in the process of filing a claim with law enforement and any one fo the old complaint threads on him would have been nice to have as a reference.

In any event if anyone out there is thinking of buying from Chris Davey/Bittersweet SHO DO NOT BUY FROM HIM YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!!! I STILL have not got my money back and like I said, I am at this moment reporting him to the internet crime complaint center.

He hasn't been removed. The date of the last post in threads involving Bittersweet SHO probably exceeds your viewing options.

That guy is a complete A-hole. He changed his name on Ebay Look for no-pictures auctions , and hes from CT.

I filed a paypal claim to get my money back from him. Paypal rejected it. So I filed an ebay claim. Ebay approved it. Yaaayyyy!!!

Paypal approved my claim in my favor but i never got money.

They approved mine too but I only got $175 of it. A good company would cover you and then bill him/file a suit. Oh well. I went and filed here. https://complaint.ic3.gov/ Hopefully a law enforcement agency will jump on his ass and make him pay up for all the crap he has pulled.

that sucks..i've had several ocassions were pp favored me,but i got squat back...did you use a credit card? file with them as well...this is the reason i prefer postal money orders...its constitued as mail fraud if you send payment through the usps and the seller never sends you your good...mail fraud is a federal offense...the usps had its own investigators if the fraud is big enough. also you can contact his local PD and they'd pay him a visit

I fake emailed him about buying a turbo kit (the best one that they "offered") and asked about paying him with cash in hand, and I lied and said I had family in Connecticut, and he is still trying to scam people. He told me he needed 3/4 of the money before I got there...

Just wanted to let everyone know just incase they were planning to buy from him. He does accept Paypal but personally I wouldn't trust him because his descriptions on his items are..... well just read the ones for his valve covers and you will know what I mean.

I had talks with him as well about his top turbo kit. $5000??! He said he would make financing available. HA HA! I did get some red silicon vac lines from eGay that ended up being his. I ordered PnP runners from him in July and yesterday he sent me an e-mail saying he had a set to finally send me now.

I can't figure this guy out - is he that backed up with his schedule or is he screwing with people? Because people are kind of getting parts, like 6 months to a year later...and others aren't...
