whose brake upgrade is better?

Which is better, the shoshop's 96 brake upgrade, cincy sho's, or midwest sho's? cincysho and shoshop seem to have the same thing, but midwest sho's is way cheaper, ,but they aren't as specific with the information.

I bought the Midwest 96 kit but I haven’t received it yet. Mike tells me it comes with everything needed.

okay, so which one is used and which two are new?
I also read that the shoshop and the cincysho have the carbon metallic pads...does the midwest sho kit come with that too? It just seems like because it's so much cheaper than the other ones they must be holding something back....
