Whine sound under the hood

Think its a pulley or something, when turning it makes a whine sound... What could it be? Change PS fluid maybe? Or something else?

Power steering pump? Has the fluid ever been changed?

Might be an idler pulley, They make a lot of racket when going bad.

A mechanics stethoscope can be had for about $7 at most auto parts chains and is invaluable in locating and identifying noises.

Dont know, only had the car a short time... Will have it done tho. Gonna have a bunch of fluids changed.
