Where to get cams welded or pinned?

Not likely. I'm going on a business trip to Albany, GA and am driving in order to get the cams welded at FPS. The money I'll be getting from the Government (36 cents per mile) will more than cover the $450 for the cam weld at FPS. It's a no brainer since I love to drive my SHO... as we all do.

Kirk,

I appreciate your advice. Along with the oil change and plug change what other service recommendations do you have while doing a cam weld for a 1999 SHO with approx 58K?

I just pray my cams make it to FPS! Man that would really be messed up... I don't want to think about it.

That's cool. I think the hardest thing would be finding a decent garage to do the work in. Also, we would need to find three more folks. I'll start another thread to see if anyone else would be interested.
