this comes up about once every two weeks so im sure youll find much more than im about to tell you if you do a search. hella makes *direct* replacements, but i believe theyre around $70 a piece, i dont quite recall though. the blazer foglights are $20 a set and not all that hard to fit into the stock brackets and they *look* stock. there was a post last week about another aftermarket set that is quite nearly a direct replacement. there are also some guys running around with xenarc HID fogs and some others with PIAAs and such. all depends on what youre looking for from your lights.

From your sig I'm assuming you got a 90 like me.

I did the Blazer thing, cost all of $17 from Walmart, and I used the factory wiring. It's been over a year and they've worked well. They're a bit hard to aim though...what I did is they won't mount normally in the factory mounting bracket, so you take the blazers apart (out of their housing) and I glued the lens into the plastic bezel, and then the reflective thing with the bulb onto the lens, and that whole thing could still mount to the factory bracket fine. It looks stock, there is about a 1/8" gap on each side if I remember correctly. I've been happy with them.

Only thing is it's hard to attach the rubber ilsulator over the terminals on the back, no adhesive I used did an incedible job of this. USe epoxy or on my second try I used "Incredible Goop" or something, it was more rubbery which I like, because now if I lamp gets cracked I can cut it out fairly easily.

You got any questions feel free to ask me, e-mail or IM.

Good luck, whichever path you may go. thumb

I went online to JC whitney, got the rectangular HID driving lights which actually have a fog light horizontal but with 4 times the light on about half the amp draw. Fantastic quality, great lighting way down the road, remote control, kinda pricy, but HIDs are not cheap. Look stock, but very very high quality stainless steel and sturdy. Fit perfect. simple install

Do you own JC whitney stock or something? You post the same message any chance you get. I did a search on the blazer fogs last week and EVERY thread had a post from you about these HID fog lights...

While on the subject of head lights has anyone found a place that sells PIAA 1551 kit for less than $202.87 shipped? It's the best price I can find. here

Its just that I see all these questions about lights and few seem to know about HID driving lights and the huge difference I found they make.
I drive mountain roads at night with deer, etc, and they have saved my bacon and my car over a dozen times. I used to have Catz halogen, but these HID make them seem like flashlights. If you just want them for show, it doesn't matter, but for real light especially at freeway speeds, sure is nice. They sure aren't well advertised compared to PIAA and Catz!
