a junkyard near me has at LEAST 10 pairs of FN74s... let me know I might even be able to help you out fella!

you should find hout how much they cost, and go get them all.....

then you could probably sell all of them on here for more then what u paid at the junkyard, make some money to buy some other SHO part haha...

They at least need to have good boots and not be rusted together. Otherwise idk what you could use them for besides a paper weight... :)

Mine are seized so I'm not sure how good used ones would be unless you rebuilt them yourself.
Nothing a .38 cal. wire brush on a drill can't fix. A pair of vice grips and a torch will make removing the stuck pin a breeze. Then just clean it up with the wire brush and it's all like new again.

I paid 65 bucks for mine from here for used ones when I was in a pinch.....

I GURANTEE you it doesn't cost that much from a junkyard, and I also gurantee there are 10 people on SHOforum right now who would probably buy some real Fn74 brackets for upgrades....... A readily availble caliper bracket is the main problem I see with the 11.6" upgrade.

I've sold about half a dozen sets of FN74's by doing just that, all for $45-50 a set.....after JY cost, PayPal fees, selling costs, and a trip to the PO, I figure I make about $20 a set....not a fortune, but enough to justify the trouble, especially if I am at the JY anyway. Pick them up, make yourself some cash, and help forum members get a much-wanted part at a decent price. :thumb:

You should be ashamed of your ruthless profiteering at the expense of flat-broke innocent SHO owners. That $20 extra you needlessly overcharged them for could have been used to buy lots of NOS decals for their car that can't stop.

For shame... :shakehead

Daedalus: nope. Calipers are different because the bleeder screw needs to face the right way. Brackets are symmetrical.
