To take my Stock 1992 MTX-164,000 miles- To go from stock, to sounding like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3K0KhMifwLs

From what I can already conclude:
-BIG wallet
-60,000 Mile service parts
-Camm'ed
-Port and Polished Heads
-Extensive tuning
-Better exhaust

Anything else?

Anyone else done something like this?

Yes but somewhat similar. More you play with the idle down in the tweecer , more the loopey is pronounced. More you add higher idle RPM , more its kills it.

You can bring it down where its like a harley. Unfortunatly I got no good videos with good enough sound to show....

I personally do everything I can to make sure my car DOESN'T sound like a neon, but maybe that's just me.
