What used turbo for a gen 2 sho

Just out of curiosity what turbo out of another car would be a good match for a gen 1 and 2 sho? Like a 96 Saab, 93 Volvo 940 or may be a 96 Mitsubishi eclipse. Say for around 350hp or so.

Those are all too small. I actually was not able to find much as you need something that is attached to a V6 or larger.
