what type or brand of plugs should i get for my boosted sho running 10psi, also plug wires really needed or 10mm wires useless without msd or a coil?

Stock plugs. Stock wires.

Stock plugs part numbers: AGSP32PP. I believe this is an obsolete part, but still very easily obtainable. If I recall correctly, there is another NGK plug which is identical but sold under another part number. Only difference I seem to recall is that the plug height isn't exactly stock - that it's taller than stock... so you risk some space between the boot and the plug well.

I have heard that even in supercharged applications, the stock plug is adequate...

Run copper plugs, AGSP32C or go one range colder with AGSP22C.

Too many people have problems with platinum plugs and boost in SHO motors. You can try it, but you have to really shorten the gap and still won't get as good combustion efficiency.

Platinum plugs are made for long life, not performance.
