What spark plugs to get

Hey guys im doing a 3.2L swap and im going to be putting new plugs in and am wondering what plugs to get. RCM has all of this, will regular plugs work just fine? or to get complete combustion and best gas mileage I should go with some more expensive ones?

I put Autolites platinums last time I did a tune up before I sold it.
I would only use Autolites or Motorcraft stuff.

ok i trust motorcraft and autolight, I guess ill go with them, and yeah do you guys know how to tighten the screw the holds the air filter on? do i turn it to the right or left? Yes i do use the search button and Im not finding the stuff I want sometimes so i post.

I have a cone filter, its got a hose clamp holding it on which is a screw, thats what i ment by screw. So its counterclockwise guys to tighten right?
