Ok, my boyfriend needs to replace his sway bars on his 1994 3.2 liter. Only he's not sure what size he needs and he's ripping his hair out. He needs both front and rear. If anyone can give me any idea, that would be great! Thank you! :bonk:

unfortunately the later model (94/95) v-6 SHOs had a variety of sway bars used. So there is not telling what size he has unless you crawl under and measure then yourself.

Another route, one that I would take if I was in his/your position, is to snag sway bars off of an earlier SHO. They are larger, and are a performace upgrade from the sway bars the car currently has.

Optimum in my opinion would be a 24mm front and 26mm rear.

I'm assuming you just need the bushings. You will have to measure them in order to figure out the size. A set of calipers from harbor freight will get the job done for about $4.

And the optimium setup, IMO, is 22/26. Having a 24mm bar up front allows too much traction loss due to picking up the inside tire. Its also still got a fair amount of understeer.

If he actually needs sway bars (dobtful) ebay is a good place. Endlinks can be had at a variety of auto parts stores.
