So as mentioned in my other threads i just bought 2011 Taurus SHO. I found out its been tuned, it has a 3 bar map, LMS intake, and High flow cats/exhuast. However the 0-60 times are at best mid 5 seconds. It also has hesitation, and a rough idle.

My dad works at a garage and i have arranged for an hour on his lift during lunch tomorrow. I am already planning to check the intercooler for Oil/sludge, and i bought some intake cleaner to help.
I cleaned the 2 map sensors (the one on the intake and the one just before the throttle) with MAF cleaner, im not sure where the MAF is.

What else should i do while i have it in the air?

Inspect turbos and PTU for leaks. Remove plug on PTU and check condition of **** and make sure it is full. Suck out the old and replace with new if you have appropriate equipment and time. Inspect all hoses and piping for breaks or leaks.

There is no MAF on the Ecoboost vehicles, they have MAP sensors only, so you are g2g.

Should be checking turbo inlets and outlets for signs of pooling oil, coking, bent wheels, etc. Check wastegates for signs of breakage. Also engine/transmission mounts, control arm bushings, as they do fail on occasion. The usual checks with brake rotors, brake pads, hubs, CV joints/boots, etc ...

Might want to recheck the exhaust system bolts, make sure they are not loose/causing a leak. Not infrequent to have to periodically retighten with aftermarket systems. Sometimes you even have to doublegasket to get a good seal!

This is rhetoric first turbo car I've had that I'm going to be diagnosing (never had turbo trouble) so I'll take lots of photos of turbos piping etc .

I got the car on the lift,
I took the plastic piece off that the two turbo houses go into on the intercooler and used a Diagnostic camera to scope out the inside it looked clean, couldnt find any Sludge.

I took a video of the underside of the car : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2i_o-crIWszNm5kM0NIVG9kaWs

I dont think the exhaust is aftermarket like the dealer said. This album has photos: http://s1045.photobucket.com/user/04lss/library/SHO on a lift

EDIT: The plugs were newer and gaped at 25 not sure if thats right.

The PTO has nasty fibrous fluid in it, first thing on my maintenance is getting it flushed.

Unleashed likes .028 and livernoise .030 on the plugs. So that would be a good place to start.

025 is too tight. That would not allow a large enough spark for complete combustion. Too wide and you risk blow-out but too narrow and the spark size and duration is insufficient. I like LME's recommendation of .030. My car idles smooth as silk, gets good mileage and is very strong with that gap.

Is your turbo leaking oil? At the start of the video you posted it looks like something has leaked oil all over the bottom of the motor. Then when I pause the video at 0:14 it looks like there's an oil stain on the turbo clamp. Then again around 0:40 it looks like there's a large oil leak on maybe the front turbo. It's really hard to tell where exactly on the car you're taking a video because it's so close to the car and the video keeps rotating and twisting (meaning the front of the car is not always on the right of the video).

Regardless if it's the turbo(s) leaking or not, there's definitely something leaking oil all over the bottom of the car.
