Hello,
Im looking for a little advise on mufflers for my atx 3.2 sho taurus.

I'm looking for a pair of quiet mufflers that will still give good performance, and wont break the bank.
My current stock ones have rust holes in them and are getting louder by the day. I am planning to do the job myself, I just want to replace mufflers since everything else seems fine.

Any suggestions?
:thankyou:

If you want a good sound exhaust, my friend boat95sho has a good sounding even at 6500 rpm.

I have had good luck with Summit Turbo's. They sound good, are cheap, and so far have survived northern PA road conditions.

Muffler stuff

Go to RockAuto.com and look up your year of SHO. They will show you a picture of the exhaust system from Walker I believe, and it gives the part number plus the inlet and outlet sizes. If your car is a gen 2 and you want the stainless exhaust tips, your best bet is the RockAuto choice on the screen. If you are using some other tips, then you can shop around using the sizes. Gen 1 and Gen 2 have slightly different pipe sizes. You can get a full cat back system as a kit from the same supplier.
