What is the Largest Tires that will fit?

I have a 90 MTX, stock suspension, and stock 15" black centered alloys, what is the largest tires that I can put on them and still fit in the wheel wells. I have 225-60-15's on them now, but I wanna go bigger without changing the wheels.

Sorry, man, won't happen. You have a limitation that can't be fixed unless you do one thing, change the wheels.

I have 245/45/17, and I think that is as big as anyone goes. I had to grind out the rear fender wells, and machined aluminum wheel spacers to make them fit right in the rear.

I'm not sure how wide the 15" basketweaves are but I have 225/55 16's on my slicers and they fit fine in the back and front. No rubbing at all.
