What is an acceptable draw on a battery?

I have had my 95 ATX for about 6 years and as far as I can remember it has always had a small draw on the battery. I have a new alternator and Interstate megatron battery. If it sits for a about 3 days the battery gets to the point that it will not start. Now I have a 94 ATX that can sit for 2 weeks and start no problem. I just fully charged my battery and after I charged it I took a volt reading and it was 12.85 and the next day without starting it, it read 12.74. Is this acceptable?

I believe under 100 mA is acceptable, and most cars are under 50mA. If it's dying in 3 days, something is wrong.
