Mic installed near the A-pillar above your head, and incoming audio plays thru the sounds system. It also has a "box" installed in the trunk, and a trunk lid mounted antenna.

I have that. The antenna cable is ran to the back seat, then up to the roof popping out in the middle connecting to the antenna. Ive never seen a starter solenoid in that location on ANY SHO.
