What are link pins?

I'm going to have a bunch of suspension work done, and I'm in the process of acquiring the parts, I was told I need Link Pins. What are these for? Any idea what they look like? How much or what part they go on or come with? I'm getting some lower control arms for the front that will have greasable ball joints when I was told I needed ball joints.

I have completely dismantled an 89 and a 93 SHO, and have done almost all the maintenance on my 92 and 95 SHOs. "Link pin" eludes me, the description doesn't even sound right. Better get more info on those. I would be interested in what they are. Stabilizer bar end links maybe??

Uh oh eludes you eh?
Well at school, I work at MSU's motorpool, so tomorrow I'll ask a technician. Your comment about end links seem like something that would be bad with suspension work. Here's what I have planned, new springs and struts all around. On the front, new control arms with GREASEABLE ball joints. Steering rack for the inner tie rods with new outers. So would end links be bad too if these all have to replaced?

Well got some info at work. Made the techs give me a weird look when I asked about "link pins!" They said the same thing, that I meant end links. I guess I'll call up the shop back home and check.

I called the shop that said I needed these link pins. They said they are bolt on parts that go from the swaybar to the strut. And they have to come off before the strut can come out. Is it the endlink then or something else?
