What all exactly when doing the '96 Brake Upgrade?

Let's say I wanted to buy all the parts individually to do the '96 upgrade. What all would I need for a 91? So far I've thought of:

96 Rotors and pads
94-95 Calipers
Caliper Brackets off...94-95? Or 96? Along with the Caliper to Knuckle Bolts
Steering knuckle off a 94-95 Taurus (and some other Ford cars) with ABS

Did I get anything wrong or miss anything?
