So, the other night it was raining pretty heavily and I was trying to go somewhere, but ended up coming home. Drove thru a couple of deep-ish puddles. Nothing more than 3-4 inches deep so nothing should have really been submerged. On the way home I press my outside temp button, and it says 0 degrees, tried later and it said 1. later that night it was -1 and -2. Today on my way to work, it said -27 then on the way home it said -40.

Did I short something out? what would cause this to read funny? Everything else still seems to work. (other than my a/c clutch being bad)

...or replace it. It's right in front of the radiator (sorry, AC condenser) and is pretty easy to replace. Cheap, too.

Everytime I go to check the outside temperature in my 95 atx it actually reads -40. How can I fix that problem? It always worked fine until I had my radiator replaced a couple of weeks ago because it was leaking due to holes in it. What is the name of the sensor/part that needs replacing and how hard is it to install it myself? Any help is appreciated.
