Water outlet gasket

I recently had to remove the water outlet housing and upon removal the ripped one of the gaskets (the one that sits behind the temperature sensor). I contacted Satan (AKA a Ford dealership) and they said that the gasket I needed was obsoleted (?). Does anyone know if there is someplace to get one or a part off another car that fits or do I need to search the classified (or a bone yard) for a whole new assembly with gaskets?

Thank you! When I looked up the part by car it didn't show a picture so I wasn't sure if that was the right piece or not. But when I searched on that part number it did show a picture which had exactly the gasket that was ripped. I wish I had asked sooner...
