Is there a way to straighten the bars on the vents? For some reason, the buckets and the vents were warped. I used the buckets from my Mocha trim piece and installed the black vents into it. These are the middle vents if it matters.

You may as well try, but it looks really bent out of shape.
I would make little wooden (or whatever) spacers to put between the vanes to make them straight. (maybe a clothespin or similar) Then I would put it in a kitchen steamer *** and let the steam heat the vanes. Hopefully, when it cools off, it will retain the new shape.
Long shot, but why not try, since they are out and available.

best shot at that would be to hold them in the right place, and put in oven at 280 until soft, then turn off oven and let cool slowly. if it is a thermoform material, that would be the way to re-shape it. if it is a thermoset material, then they will not change no matter what you do.

Hey Fred...Do you think that heating idea would work on the cutouts for the fog lights on my front bumper?? I won't quite fit in the oven, but I wondered about using a professional heat gun...thoughts

most flexible bumpers are thermoset polyurethane of some type, so they can not be re-shaped by heating, unfortunately.
