VSS Vehicle Speed Sensor

Hello everyone; Is the vss responsible for sending vacuum info to the pcm?

No, the vss only sends vehicle speed information.

Vacuum information is imputed from looking at temperature, rpms and mafs data and calculating "load".

I am still searching for why the a/c cuts out with just about any load above very light pedal. Can you point me in the right direction?

I'd bet the A/C clutch might be giving up and not holding under load. Maybe removing a washer/shim would help?
