No, not in the VIN. Look for certain features or check the axle code on the certification label. Axle code 2x is PP. Mine is 2A. Not sure if there are others.

To build on what Tex said - The quickest way to tell is that PP-Equipped SHOs have a tire inflation kit as opposed to a spare tire. Though if the previous owner added a spare tire you can see if it has the T/C Off button in the center console under the touch control panel (A/C controls).

Looking at a '19 SHO online, does the vin indicate if it is PP equipped?
If you're looking at SHOs online and there are interior pics that show the steering wheel, look for alcantara on the sides of the wheel, non-PP cars don't have this.

That On/Off switch will also be a Gap switch if it has the Advanced Cruise Control that comes with the Driver Assist Package.
