Alright i tried replacing my climate control thing, i dont exactly know what its called, its the thing that controls the heat and ac and all, well anyways, it was not the right one so i put my old one back in, now when i start my car and turn the heat on or even the ac, there is an annoying clicking sound coming from the vents on top of the dash from the defrost vents. When u turn it higher, it makes an even louder sound. I dont know what is it, but its really annoying, can anyone tell me what is it?? thanz...

So the ticking noise is directly affected by the speed of the blower motor? If that is the case it can only be a problem with the blower motor/squirrel cage. possibly some debris hitting the cage, or even a bad motor. You will have to remove and inspect the motor to find out for sure.

I find random capitalization of letters annoying.

You can access the blower fan from under the glove box. You may be able to reach the loose paper(?) that got sucked into the fan from the intake at the far right under the dash. If not, you may have to remove the front of the blower manifold to reach the fan.
